Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or contact me at (479) 647-0948. A card on file may be required to reserve your session.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in, complete any intake forms, and begin your session on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients.

Health & Wellness

Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This allows me to tailor your treatment safely and effectively.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Client Comfort & Consent

Your comfort is always a priority. You may request adjustments to pressure, technique, or focus areas at any time during your session. All services are provided with professionalism, respect, and client consent.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, cash, or cc.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a situation arises that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
